* Upon entering the building, please take the elevators on the left to reach the ninth floor. There will be signs onsite to guide you.

Program Information:
We are offering both a French and an English program.
📢 French Program (will be delivered entirely in French) : 9AM – 4PM in Room 9A
📢 English Program (will be delivered entirely in English) : 9AM – 5PM in Room 9E
* Please note that there will be a one-hour break during the English program from 3PM to 4PM.
You are welcome to attend whichever session interests you. Please note that there will be a Q&A period after each presentation. If you arrive during a session, please enter quietly or wait until the last 5 minutes of the previous session to join.
Coffee & Water:
Please note that food is not provided during this event. However, coffee will be available in the morning, after the first presentation. Water will be available all day. Both will be located in the lobby on the 9th floor.
Coat Rack:
A coat rack will be available inside the rooms for your convenience. We are not responsible for any items that may be stolen in damaged in the coat rack.
