Are you a health care worker experiencing insomnia?

HCW-CBTi study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a new technology program. You are invited to engage in remote and virtual participation using an internet-enabled device to access Digi-CBTi for 12 weeks.

This study is currently recruiting health care workers practicing and residing in Canada that are experiencing sleep problems as well as dealing with frontline management of patients. Participants will need to have access to a mobile phone or computer with internet.
